Dolce Riviera partners with Penfolds, Australia's most famous wine producer, to bring you an incredible Tour di Vino experience. After months of anticipation, Penfolds will debut the 2014 Grange and more from the new 2018 collection exclusively at Dolce Riviera on Thursday, October 25. The reception begins at 6:30 PM with a special multi-course pairing dinner to follow. Guided by Penfolds' own Eduardo Panozzo, guests will enjoy a taste of six new Penfolds vintages including Penfolds 2014 Grange, Bin 51 Eden Valley Riesling 2018, and Bin 389 Cabernet-Shiraz 2016. House-Made Venison Lasagna, Colorado Rack of Lamb, and Filet Mignon are just some of the exceptional culinary highlights of the dinner from Dolce's Michele Scarpa. As an extension of the Tour Di Vino series, “Elevate the Altitude” will feature an inspiring concept of wine tasting as Nick Hetzel guides us through a crescendo of altitudes paired with each course.

Highlights of the menu by Executive Chef Michele Scarpa include House-Made Cocoa-Infused Ravioli, Espresso Rubbed Wagyu Entrecôte and a special surprise dessert exclusively for this celebratory event.
